YOUR ROLE
- You manage Belgian and international payroll for Switzerland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, etc .
- You review the ins and outs of the monthly payroll (Workday and international payroll system).
- You prepare and follow up the recurrent or event-linked administrative documentation and tasks for an employee (maternity leave, parental leave, contract extension, or termination).
- You are the contact person for all related payroll questions from employees; also for benefits (stock options, warrants, ...)
- You ensure a proper filing and archiving of employees' employment information and documentation (social documents, contracts, absences).
- You participate in various Hard HR-related projects.
PROFILE
- You have a relevant background in payroll execution.
- You have knowledge of international payroll and benefits.

- You are fluent in English.
