Your responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in their daily business
- Assist in coordination, implementation and follow-up of national and international fairs and events
- Create and up-date powerpoint presentations
- Participate in producing brochures and flyers
- Maintenance of both intranet and internet

Knowledge Management:
- Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
- Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.

Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.
Your profile
- Student in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields with a completed intermediate diploma
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in German, proficient in English
- Creative and conceptional skills
- Independent, entrepreneurial working style
- Indesign and Photoshop Skills preferred
- Team spirit
