About the role:


We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing leader to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our company's brand positioning, goals, and target market. Your role will involve collaborating with the management team towards brand equity and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company's brand positioning, goals, and target market.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define and communicate the value proposition, key messaging, and positioning of our service in the B2B market.
  • Drive brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Create and manage compelling content marketing initiatives, including thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and videos that establish our brand equity.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and professional organizations to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and branding assets.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and B2B marketing best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Get this opportunity if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably with lead or managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (ex. Google Ads), including social media management, content management systems, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Experience working in acompany with multiple clients (ex. BPO, technology, services) is a plus.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
