The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing one shift crew under contract with a total of 50-60 headcount. Other duties as as below: -Worker's attendance tracking and oversee as well as communicate about discipline according to company rules and policies. -Assist HR Coordinator with payroll submission (Attendance record, overtime, MC and medical claim) -Monitor worker's KPIs -Able to process and manage the factory floor -Maintain acceptable WIP level -Maintain housekeeping and accountability across all WIP locations -Work with Test MFG team to hit shift quota/target by managing inventory per production plans.
