Job Summary:
Responsible to lead the team of room attendants and other housekeeping team members and ensure to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities includes organizing employee shift, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. Good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Ultimately, will ensure the daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and guests are satisfied.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least College Level
- At least 2-3 Years working experience in as Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in hotel industry
- Able to do Multitasking
- Must be Courteous and Tactful
- Must keep a high standard or personal hygiene and appearance
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of position
- Excellent Organizational and team management skills
- Knowledge in Opera system
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
