In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Responsible for achieving a state of high quality performance, compliance and sustainability in the factories while pursuing continuous quality improvement through the application of Quality Engineering practices.
- Oversight of Philips products/parts/services utilized in manufacturing throughout the manufacturing lifecycle including sustaining change management.
You are responsible for
- Working together with each process on establishment and improvement of processes to fulfill quality system;
- Ensure that production and process is strictly followed by team and all quality requirements are fulfilled;
- Build up testing capacity regarding products, including setting up inspection procedures according to material/product specifications and qualify inspection method;
- Set up and improve outgoing inspection process
- Take part in process validation, review and approve for any process change;
- Address product quality issues and organize quality improvement through Investigation and CAPA;
- Participate in NC review and disposition;
- Perform statistical analysis of process data; interpret, compile and organize results;
- Perform batch record review to develop quality metric and drive defect reduction effort;
- Authorize to release material & FG(If they meet the pre-defined spec);
- Customer feedback and Complaint investigation;
- Organize necessary quality (refresh) trainings for employees
You are a part of
- A professional site production & development quality team with international exposure.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor degree or above.
- More than 5 years of experience in quality management field, more than 2 years of experience in Medical device manufacturing.
- Be family with quality tool of problem solving and or the CAPA/ 8D approach.
- Be familiar with ISO13485, QSR, MDR, CGMP and MDSAP requirements.
- Good quality engineering related tools knowledge and implementation skills.
- Good team work spirit and communication skills.
- Good skills of project management.
- Very good English skill.
