Customer Service Coordinator [Indonesia]


 

A Gym in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle company's phone number
  • Take care of customer service on social media and Whatsapp
  • Ensure the customer service operations run smoothly
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator and Customer Service or similar role in an International customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a high-paced work environment
  • Superb communication, problem-solving and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive, meticulous and timely work attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
