A Gym in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle company's phone number
- Take care of customer service on social media and Whatsapp
- Ensure the customer service operations run smoothly
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator and Customer Service or similar role in an International customer service environment
- Ability to work in a high-paced work environment
- Superb communication, problem-solving and collaboration abilities
- Proactive, meticulous and timely work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
