To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a recruiter.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's hiring needs.
- You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the company.
- Perform reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screening activities as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Customer minded, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling various positions.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to recruitment and selection.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience from the recruitment agency is a plus.
- Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
