We are looking for a talented Packaging / Brand Designer to join our company. you will be responsible for the creative design work related to the cosmetic packaging design to improve and enhance the visual image of the company's brand and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
Participated operation activities, marketing and promotion and other requirements.
Understand industry design trends and share design-related observations and summaries with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet business goals.
Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and incorporate those insights into design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and continuously improve design processes and tools.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in design software.
Overseas design work or project experience is an asset
Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and solutions to clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
With strong ability of understanding, comprehension, work coordination and creativity, I can quickly understand the company's business needs and transform them into creative design works.
Proficient in English and Korean (French is an asset)
