 Job description

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive software testing, including functional testing, API testing, database testing, and performance testing.


Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and create test plans and test cases accordingly.
Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
Identify and communicate risks and issues associated with the software testing process.
Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the testing team.

About You:
You possess expertise in API testing, database testing, and performance testing.
Prior experience in the insurance business domain is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and documenting defects.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proven experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing is important to you.
